Buying our first home with WPV was such a stress-free and easy experience. The team was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Julia has been amazing from the WPV sale site. I paid my deposit in November 2024, having seen the show home, and my own at first fix. However, delays on my sale 200 miles away, meant I didn't complete until 7th April. Julia was always patient, on hand, and sent me regular updates and pictures, as I wasn't really able to drive up back and forth 400 miles from the East Midlands. The finished standard is superb, and is way better than the bigger national builders, who would charge more for what WPV do as standard. The house has so much space, again compared with the usual national builders. Moving in day went smoothly, again with Julia handing over, alongside the site manager Marcus, who is equally friendly. The development is amazing, open green spaces, trees, well finished roads, and block paved driveway as standard. Even better is the sea view from all levels at the back. Could not be happier. Moving into our new house at Penrhos Heights has been hassle free. Nothing has been too much trouble for the sales team who have acted most professionally and in a pleasant and friendly manner.  We were kept updated and informed regularly, of any developments, all of which has resulted in us settling in happily.
